Check-In
We have begun the online check in process. Teams can log into their TGS account and follow the instructions below to check their teams in. Teams that get checked in by Wednesday, 8/13/25 at midnight will only have to stop by one of our three main tents to pick up their game card and pins. All other teams will have to report to one of the three areas to take care of having all of their credentials checked in for the team. Our main tents will be on the “island” for anyone playing at the main (numbered) fields at Surf Sports Park. We will also have a field marshal tent at the letter fields of Surf Sports Park as well as a tent at 4S Ranch Sports Park. All players must be on an official 25/26 roster from US Club, USYS, USSSA, or US Soccer in or have a 25/26 player card verifying that they are on a 25/26 roster in order to play in this event. No 24/25 player cards will be accepted as those have all expired. Teams that fail to check in will forfeit their matches.
Online Check-In Instructions:
Step 1: Add your players to your player pool
Select player pool from the left hand navigation
Click ‘add’ in the upper right hand corner of the page
Add players with their TGS ID (if they have an account) or manually add them. All players should be listed as first team players
Step 2: Submit documents and your players for online check in.
Click events from the left hand nav
Select the event you are attending
Select ‘player check in’
Click the pencil tool to the right of the document and either upload from your desktop or drag and drop the doc.
NOTE: Official Roster is REQUIRED to submit in order to proceed to step 3. Guest Players Forms and/or Player Cards should be uploaded if applicable to your team
Once all required documents are uploaded, your players will appear as ‘eligible’. Check the box next to their name and click ‘submit’
All submitted players will now have the status of ‘in review’. The tournament admin will review the information and approve or deny players.Step 3: Roster your players

Select the event you are attending
Select ‘online check in’
Select ‘roster’
Only players that have been approved by the event will appear to roster
Select the box next to the player and you will be prompt to input their jersey number.
